All items are packed in handmade gift bags with all the care in the world for safe transit to your doorstep from Perth, Western Australia.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  BoutiquebyBrendaLee is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We handcraft your pieces to order and will ship your order within 1 week.

• Do you accept rush orders?
Please contact us before purchase for a rush order so we can ensure to meet your deadline. We will do our best to process your order as soon as possible.

BoutiquebyBrendaLee is available online only, and that's how we can offer our high-end designer products at great prices.

• Anything I should know before purchase?
Do not leave your children unattended with small items. Some of our products may contain small parts.
Please keep in mind that each piece is made by hand and subject to variations from piece to piece with its uniqueness.
Colours may display differently depending on devices and monitor settings.

• Returns

We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your order.

However, due to health and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
